We are seeking a Contract Outpatient Therapist to join our team! Green Couch Counseling is a growing practice and we are looking for therapists that want to be a part of a new, growing company. We don’t believe you have to be burned out to make a living in this field. We provide consultation groups, incentives, and self-care activities with a schedule that fits your lifestyle. We take care of the business side of things, so you can focus on your clinical work. We hope to inspire growth in your career and provide trainings that allow you this growth. We don’t mandate extra paperwork that is not ethically, legally or contractually required. An electronic health system is provided to make your job as simple as possible.

You will have the option to provide services in group and/or individual settings to adults, couples and/or families. Option to work at either of our offices.

Responsibilities:

• Use evidence based practices to provide individual therapy to adults, families and/or couples.

• Comfort working with a variety of mental health concerns and populations.

• A focus or passion for working with the tech industry.

• Complete documentation in timely manner including notes, treatment plans and billing.

• Manage caseload to fill at least two days per week.

• A want to focus on clinical growth and work. Not building a private practice.

• Option to be paneled with insurance companies in group contract.

 

Qualifications:

• Previous experience providing mental health counseling services to a variety of populations.

• Training in evidenced based practices. DBT and EMDR a plus!

• Licensed to practice therapy in the state of CO.

• Must have an active NPI number and CAQH. (We will help you with this process if you do not have one, but you will need to be willing to apply for these.)

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

• Ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

• Strong communication skills. The ability to assertively express your needs and ideas in the workplace, so we can make your job as enjoyable as possible!
