Arleigh's office is located at our Platte River and Highlands office locations. Arleigh specializes in anxiety, depression, and life transitions and works with clients aged 14+.

Meghan works with individuals ages 18+ at our Highlands office location. Meghan specializes in working with career navigation, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. 

Cora's office is located at our Highlands office location to clients aged 15+. Cora specializes in anxiety, depression, somatic processing, and life transitions. 

Raquel works with individuals ages 18+ at our Highlands and Platte River office locations. Raquel specializes in self-empowerment, navigating life transitions, and providing safe space for all cultures. 

Jessica works at our Highlands office location and via video telehealth. Jessica specializes in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions and works with clients aged 13+.

Kristen works with individuals ages 18+ at our Highlands office location. Kristen specializes in CBT, Solution Focused Therapy, and EMDR. 

Arazeli provides services at our Highlands office and via video. Arazeli specializes in working with individuals suffering from depression, suicidal ideation, anxiety, stress related issues, trauma, and ADHD symptoms.

Roman provides services at our Platte River office and Highlands office locations. Roman is a trauma informed clinician that works with depression, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. 

Sophie provides services at our Highlands office location. Sophie provides services to couples (including pre-marital and divorce discernment), individuals and families. A few areas Sophie works with are life-transitions, interpersonal relational issues, self discovery, anxiety, depression and ADHD. 

Kristen's office is located at our Platte River office location. Kristen specializes in anxiety, depression, trauma.

Margot works with individuals ages 18+ at our Highlands office locations. Margot specializes in LGBTQ+ populations , Disordered Eating, Anxiety and Depression. 

Misa's office is located at our Highlands office location. Misa specializes in anxiety, depression, somatic processing, and life transitions. 

​Karen works with individuals ages 18+ at our Highlands office location. Karen specializes in EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Schema therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment therapy. 

Susan provides all services via video telehealth. Susan works with trauma, anxiety, and depression.

Lisa works with individuals ages 18+ at our Platte River office location. Lisa specializes in CBT, DBT and Emotion Focused Therapy. 

Ester works with individuals aged 12+ in person at our Platte River office and via video telehealth. Ester uses a person centered approach to works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, and interpersonal difficulties.

Melanie provides all services via video telehealth. Melanie specializes in life transitions including relationship changes, trauma, and depression.

Lindsay works with individuals aged 18+  at our Highlands office and via video telehealth. Lindsay uses a person centered approach to works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, and interpersonal difficulties.

Erik's office is located at our Highlands office location. Erik specializes in anxiety, depression, performance, and life transitions. =

Qiana provides services via video telehealth and at our Platte River office location. Qiana works with Depression, Anxiety, Identity Development, and Trauma.

Jamie works with individuals ages 18+ at our Highlands office location. Jamie uses EMDR,  CBT, ACT, and IFS to work on attachment, depression, anxiety, relationships, and trauma. 

Austin provides services at both office locations. Austin specializes in depression related disorders, anxiety, career and life changes.

Belle works with individuals ages 18+ at our Platte River office location. Belle specializes in DBT,  panic control therapies, and accelerated resolution therapy.

Mikayla provides services via video telehealth and at our Platte River office location. Mikayla works with anxiety, depression, trauma, conflict in interpersonal relationships, with first responders and military personal. She is EMDR trained

Meredith's office is located at our Highlands office location. Meredith specializes in anxiety, depression, somatic processing, and life transitions. Meredith is EMDR trained. 

Mallory works with individuals ages 18+ at both the Highlands and Platte River office locations. She specializes in DBT and EMDR.

Bianca's office is located at our Platte River office location. Bianca  specializes in treating Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, LGBTQ+ populations. Bianca provides Ketamine Assisted Therapies.
