Sophie provides services at our Highlands office location. Sophie provides services to couples (including pre-marital and divorce discernment), individuals and families. A few areas Sophie works with are life-transitions, interpersonal relational issues, self discovery, anxiety, depression and ADHD. 

Raquel works with individuals ages 18+ at our Highlands and Platte River office locations. Raquel specializes in self-empowerment, navigating life transitions, and providing safe space for all cultures. 

Margot works with individuals ages 18+ at our Highlands office locations. Margot specializes in LGBTQ+ populations , Disordered Eating, Anxiety and Depression. 

Erik's office is located at our Highlands office location. Erik specializes in anxiety, depression, performance, and life transitions. =

Arleigh's office is located at our Platte River office location. Arleigh specializes in anxiety, depression, and life transitions. 

Cora's office is located at our Highlands office location. Cora specializes in anxiety, depression, somatic processing, and life transitions.

Melanie provides all services via video telehealth. Melanie specializes in life transitions including relationship changes, trauma, and depression.

Susan provides all services via video telehealth. Susan works with trauma, anxiety, and depression.

Belle works with individuals ages 18+ at our Platte River office location. Belle specializes in DBT and Panic control therapies.

Meredith's office is located at our Highlands office location. Meredith specializes in anxiety, depression, somatic processing, and life transitions. Meredith is EMDR trained.

Bianca's office is located at our Platte River office location. Bianca  specializes in treating Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, LGBTQ+ populations. Bianca provides Ketamine Assisted Therapies.
